Tyler Barker
Manager, Analyst
Running business development and overseeing all underwriting processes, Tyler leads Mammoth ensuring each client’s objectives are met. Tyler has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore and also went through the Master’s of Real Estate and Infrastructure program at Johns Hopkins University. Tyler is Excel & Argus Enterprise Certified.
Jamie Robinson
Manager, Analyst
While interfacing directly with new & existing clients on underwriting, Jamie also leads an internal team that focuses on new products/research to streamline processes for clients and increase their decision-making abilities. Jamie has a Master’s in Real Estate from UNC-Charlotte as well as a Bachelor’s in Finance from UNCC. Jamie is Excel & Argus Enterprise Certified.
Kenneth Goode
Analyst
Getting his start working at CoStar and then in office management, Kenneth found his way back to underwriting and is now a lead analyst at Mammoth. Kenneth has a Master’s in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Florida State. Kenneth is Excel & Argus Enterprise Certified.
Juan Diego Tautiva
Analyst
Having worked at the family office for investments around Colombia, Juan Diego followed his passion and now is a lead analyst servicing clients in North & South America. Juan Diego attended the University of Bogota and is fluent in both English & Spanish. Juan Diego is Excel & Argus Enterprise Certified.
A Bit of History
Having worked 8 years in the industry in various analysis roles, the founders saw an opportunity to streamline the process and provide a high quality product that gave an alternative to the traditional financial modeling approach. Mammoth Modeling was founded in 2021 on principles of high standards, ethics, and genuine customer service providing solutions to all underwriting needs of clients. The analysts have expertise underwriting across all assets types and classes. With their continued education and implementation of best processes, clients are confidently able to utilize Mammoth’s internal expertise.
