Each new client will schedule a conference call with us. It will cover items like account setup to how work is requested, completed and delivered.

Each client has access to our extensive referral list, network, and resources. In addition, there is an opportunity to request analysts for onsite visits.
Monthly Q&A Call
Each month there is an opportunity to schedule a conference call to ensure the service is meeting expectations and any questions are answered.
Privacy
Confidentiality is important at Mammoth. We use standard NDA’s to sign for all clients. External NDA’s are also reviewed and typically signed.
